On this Christmas Eve of 2013 I think of a co-worker who grumbled last week about Christ being taken out of Christmas- wishing everyone Happy Holidays didn’t feel as good as saying Merry Christmas. Putting up Holiday Trees instead of Christmas Trees sounded laughable. Being so politically correct all the time (albeit respectful of other’s traditions) was making this holy day so secular it just didn’t ring true.

So here is a nativity scene hand-crafted by a potter in Mexico for Christmas’s I remember and cherish and for the present one too.
